Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the ₹199 one-time Candidate registration and interview facilitation service provided by Vyntra HR Services.

1. Registration & Service Fee

The applicable one-time registration and interview facilitation service fee is:

This fee is payable by the Candidate for registration and access to the recruitment/interview facilitation service provided by Vyntra HR Services.

2. Registration Fee Is Non-Refundable

The Candidate should carefully review the applicable service details, Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms before completing the payment.

3. No Refund Based on Service Usage

The ₹199 registration fee will remain non-refundable regardless of whether the Candidate:

• Has not yet received an interview opportunity;
• Has received one or more interview opportunities;
• Has attended an interview;
• Has not attended a scheduled interview;
• Changes their mind after registration;
• Becomes unavailable for a job;
• Is not selected by an employer;
• Does not receive a job offer; or
• Decides to discontinue using the recruitment service.

4. Interview Opportunities

The ₹199 service may provide the Candidate with up to three (3) interview opportunities, subject to job availability, Candidate eligibility, employer requirements and interview-slot availability.

The number, timing and suitability of interview opportunities may depend upon:

• Candidate qualification;
• Experience;
• Skills;
• Location preference;
• Salary expectation;
• Employer requirements;
• Vacancy availability; and
• Interview schedules.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Payment of the ₹199 registration/service fee does not guarantee:

• Selection;
• Job placement;
• Offer letter;
• Joining;
• Specific salary;
• Specific company;
• Specific designation;
• Specific location;
• Permanent employment; or
• Continued employment.

The final hiring decision remains solely with the concerned employer.

6. Cancellation by Candidate

A Candidate may choose to stop using the recruitment service at any time.

However, cancellation or discontinuation of the service does not create any right to a refund of the ₹199 registration/service fee.

7. Employer Cancellation or Vacancy Withdrawal

Employers may cancel, postpone, modify or withdraw vacancies and interviews at their own discretion.

Where reasonably possible, Vyntra HR Services may attempt to provide another suitable interview opportunity based on available vacancies.

Employer cancellation, vacancy withdrawal or change in hiring requirements does not create an automatic right to a refund of the ₹199 registration/service fee.

8. Interview Attendance

The Candidate is responsible for attending confirmed interviews on time and following the instructions provided by Vyntra HR Services and/or the employer.

Failure to attend an interview may affect the Candidate's available interview opportunities, but does not create any right to a refund.

9. Fraud, Misuse & Policy Violation

Vyntra HR Services may suspend or terminate a Candidate's service where the Candidate:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Submits forged or fraudulent documents;
• Creates duplicate or fake registrations;
• Attempts payment or refund fraud;
• Misuses interview opportunities;
• Engages in abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour;
• Attempts to manipulate the recruitment process; or
• Violates the Terms & Conditions.

Termination or suspension due to such conduct does not create any right to a refund of the ₹199 registration fee, subject to applicable law.

10. Payment Gateway / Transaction Issues

In case of a failed, reversed or technically incomplete payment transaction, the treatment of the transaction will depend upon the actual payment status recorded by the payment gateway or banking system.

If an amount is debited from the Candidate but the payment is not successfully received by Vyntra HR Services, the Candidate may contact us with the payment transaction/reference details for verification.

Any reversal or refund resulting solely from a failed or reversed payment transaction will be subject to the payment gateway/banking system and applicable law and shall not be treated as a refund of a successfully completed ₹199 registration.

11. Post-Placement Professional Fee

Any post-placement professional fee applicable to a particular company or job role is completely separate from the ₹199 registration/service fee.

Where a specific company or job role has a separately communicated and agreed placement fee, such fee may become payable after successful selection and joining, according to the applicable arrangement.

Example:

If the Candidate's monthly salary is ₹30,000, the applicable 15-day placement fee would be ₹15,000.

The applicability of this post-placement professional fee is not automatic for every company, role or Candidate. It will apply only where the applicable fee has been communicated and agreed.

12. Registration Fee & Placement Fee Are Separate

The ₹199 registration/service fee and any applicable post-placement professional fee are separate charges for separate stages/services.

Payment of the ₹199 registration fee does not include, waive, reduce or replace any separately applicable placement/professional fee.

13. Refund Requests

Since the ₹199 registration/service fee is non-refundable, ordinary cancellation or service discontinuation requests will not qualify for a refund.

Candidates may nevertheless contact Vyntra HR Services regarding a payment-status issue, duplicate transaction, failed transaction or any other genuine transaction discrepancy for verification.

14. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights available to a Candidate/consumer under applicable Indian law.

15. Policy Changes

Vyntra HR Services may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any updated version may be published on the website or communicated through appropriate channels.
