Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automobile Components Work Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand – SIDCUL Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Production / CNC Machining Vacancy: 5 Positions Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical / Production / related technical discipline Salary: ₹32,000 per Month Overtime: Extra Pay as applicable Candidate Location Preference: Candidates from both locations are eligible Job Summary The selected candidates will be responsible for operating CNC machines, monitoring machining processes, ensuring dimensional accuracy, maintaining production quality, and following production and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines according to production requirements. Set and operate CNC machines for machining components. Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications. Check component dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments. Ensure components are produced according to required specifications. Monitor machine operation during the production cycle. Perform basic machine settings and tool adjustments as required. Carry out tool changes and offset adjustments when required. Minimize rejection, rework, and machine downtime. Follow production schedules and achieve assigned targets. Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical / Production or related technical field preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant CNC operating experience. Strong hands-on CNC machining experience required. Manufacturing/engineering industry experience preferred. Candidates should be technically skilled and production oriented. Ability to work as part of a production team. Candidates available for overtime when required will be preferred.
