Job Description:
Handling and supervision of automated production systems.
Operating PLC, SCADA, reactors, columns, etc.
Production planning and controlling.
Supervision of process machinery, pumps and process lines.
Handling health checkup, calibration and service schedules.
Maintaining daily, monthly and periodic production reports.
Maintaining raw material, semi-finished and finished product reports.
Maintaining production batch records, log records and breakdown details.
Preparing and maintaining plant and production SOPs.
Handling other day-to-day activities assigned by plant and management.
Shift: Rotational Shift
